Shipping Policy

Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 2–7 business days.

  • Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

  • Please note that delays may occur during high order volumes or due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., carrier delays, customs).

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

  • Shipping charges and delivery times vary depending on the destination and selected shipping method. These will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

  • Estimated delivery times:

  • Domestic Shipping: 3–7 business days after fulfilment.

  • International Shipping: 10–20 business days after fulfilment.

Tracking Your Order

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Use this to track your package’s status.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

  • Kryptic is not responsible for customs fees, duties, or taxes applied to international shipments. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer.

Returns Policy

Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns for defective, damaged, or misprinted items. Returns for reasons such as wrong size or buyer’s remorse are not accepted due to the on-demand nature of our production process.

Return Requests

  • Damaged or Defective Items: Contact us within 30 days of receiving your order.

  • Provide your order number and a description of the issue.

  • Attach clear photos of the defective or damaged item.

  • If your return is approved, we will provide further instructions and cover the cost of the return shipping.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Items ordered with incorrect sizing or preferences.

  • Items that have been used, washed, or altered.

Exchanges

Exchanges are not supported. If an item is defective or damaged, it will be replaced with the same product after approval.

Refunds Policy

Refund Eligibility

Refunds are only issued for:

  • Defective or damaged items that cannot be replaced.

  • Lost packages confirmed by the shipping carrier.

Refund Process

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

Late or Missing Refunds

  • If you haven’t received a refund yet, check with your bank or payment provider as processing times may vary.
